With a Prescan bodyscan, you gain comprehensive insights into your health in just one half-day. The health check consists of five targeted MRI scans of, among others, the brain, chest, and abdomen. Depending on the program, this is supplemented with cardiological examination, blood and urine tests, dermatological examination, and body composition analysis.
You can visit us starting at age 18, without a referral and without long waiting times. The examination takes place in our centrally located clinic in the Netherlands, and the results are discussed with you the same day.

Which program is right for you depends mainly on how much insight you want and which areas of your health you want to explore. The comparison above shows exactly which examinations are included in Core, Pro and Elite. Below, we explain the differences in more detail.
Core is the starting point for those who primarily want to have different areas of their body examined using MRI. You’ll receive five targeted MRI scans of the brain, neck, chest and abdomen, without additional cardiological or laboratory examinations. Afterwards, the radiologist will personally discuss the MRI images and results with you.
Book Prescan Core if you’re primarily looking for comprehensive MRI screening.
Pro is more comprehensive, combining MRI with cardiological examinations and blood and urine tests. It may be a logical choice if cardiovascular disease runs in your family or if, in addition to MRI, you want insight into cardiovascular risk factors and blood values. The results of your MRI and cardiological examinations are discussed with you personally by the relevant specialists.

Elite is designed for those who want to have multiple aspects of their health examined within a single program. In addition to MRI, cardiological examinations and laboratory tests, you’ll receive a dermatological examination and an MRI Body Composition scan with personalised lifestyle advice. During the program, you’ll meet with four specialists: a radiologist, cardiologist, dermatologist and lifestyle physician.
Book Prescan Elite if, in addition to MRI, heart health and blood values, you also want insights into your skin and body composition.
MRI uses a strong magnetic field and radio waves rather than ionising radiation, as used in X-rays or CT scans. However, the magnetic field means that metal objects and certain implants require special attention. Before the examination, we therefore check whether you have a pacemaker, stent or other metal implant, for example. Loose metal objects and jewellery must be removed before the examination.
Prescan MRI examinations are performed without contrast agents. Some people may find being inside an MRI scanner uncomfortable, for example due to claustrophobia. Please let us know beforehand if this applies to you. The MRI technologist can explain what to expect during the examination and help you feel at ease. You will also remain in contact with the technologist throughout the MRI scan.
