The MRI images will be made available in your personal Prescan environment at mijn.prescan.nl after the completion of an MRI examination in one of our clinics. Are you undergoing examination through one of our partners? Then you will receive the MRI images on a CD-ROM.
In principle, these images are intended for interpretation by medical specialists. However, in most cases, it's also possible to view these images at home. We at Prescan are not responsible for this, as it greatly depends on the type of computer and operating system. To view the images, a program is required, OsiriX Viewer Lite (a free version of OsiriX).
If indications suggesting cancer or other conditions are found during your health check, our medical team is ready to assist you with the next steps.
If something is found, you won't be alone. Our doctors are very capable of distinguishing between serious abnormalities and harmless issues. Should anything be found, they will provide immediate advice. Our aftercare team is then ready to assist you, they know the necessary next steps and can answer your questions.
