Requesting a Translation

Did your examination take place in a German clinic, but would you like to receive the results in another language? That’s possible! Prescan offers the option to have examination results translated. You can choose to have the full report or just the summary of the physician’s findings translated. By default, translations are sent by email. If desired, we can also send the documents by post. You can easily order a translation by sending an email to cliëntenservice@prescan.nl.

CD with Imaging Results

Would you like to receive an additional CD with your imaging files? You can request a copy from us. Additional costs will apply. We recommend contacting our client service team at 074 255 9 255 or via email at clientenservice@prescan.nl.
