You can view your MRI and/or ultrasound images via a secure link. One day after your examination, you will receive an email from Prescan with a link to 'Zorgbericht'. Through this link, you can view your images. The same link is also available in your MyPrescan portal under 'View reports'.
After logging in, you will gain access to your images.
The images are available for a maximum of 14 days via this access link. If you want to keep them longer, you can download the images within this period.
Prescan stores your images according to the legal retention period of 20 years. Even after the access link expires, you can request your images again at any time from Prescan.
