Prescan Core
For a Prescan Core, you will spend approximately 1.5 hours at our clinic. The welcome, intake consultation (and, if required, a blood test) take about 15–20 minutes, and the MRI scan takes about 45 minutes. After the examination, the radiologist reviews the MRI images. In the meantime, you can relax in our lounge and make use of the buffet if you wish. Your host will then accompany you to discuss the MRI results with the radiologist. After your visit, you will receive your results and a summary of the consultation in your personal MyPrescan online environment.
Prescan Pro
For a Prescan Pro, you will spend approximately 3 hours at our clinic. The welcome, intake consultation and blood test take about 15–20 minutes, and the MRI scan takes about 45 minutes. In addition, a cardiology examination takes place and lasts approximately 30–45 minutes. The cardiologist will discuss the results with you immediately. The radiologist reviews the MRI images and will also discuss the results with you. In the meantime, you can relax in our lounge and make use of the buffet if you wish. After your visit, you will receive your results and the reports will be added to your personal My Prescan online environment.
Prescan Elite
For a Prescan Elite, you will spend approximately 4 hours at our clinic. The welcome, intake consultation and blood test take about 15–20 minutes, and the MRI scan takes about 60 minutes. In addition, a cardiology examination (30–45 minutes) and a dermatology examination (20–30 minutes) take place. The cardiologist and dermatologist will discuss the results with you immediately. The radiologist reviews the MRI images and will also discuss the results with you. In the meantime, you can relax in our lounge and make use of the buffet if you wish. After your visit, you will receive your results and the reports will be added to your personal My Prescan online environment. About two weeks later, you will have an additional online video consultation with a lifestyle physician to discuss the results of the body composition analysis and receive personalised lifestyle advice.
Targeted MRI Scan
For a targeted MRI scan, you will spend approximately 2 hours in our clinic. The reception and intake discussion take about 15 minutes, and the MRI scan between 15 and 45 minutes. The MRI scan is assessed by our radiologist. Your companion or the radiologist will pick you up to discuss the results with the radiologist. You will take the examination results home, and receive the report of the conversation in your personal MyPrescan environment.
Cardiological Examination
For a cardiological examination, you will spend approximately 1.5 hours in our clinic. The cardiological examination consists of a cycling test, ECG, and an ultrasound of the upper abdomen. During the cycling test (ECG), you will cycle for 20 minutes, after which you can gradually cool down and freshen up. The ultrasound of the upper abdomen also takes about 20 minutes. You will take the examination results home and receive the report of the conversation with the cardiologist in your personal MyPrescan environment.
